Singapore Fintech Association is officially launched at LATTICE80!
Singapore, 11th November 2016 – In the midst of the growing prominence of the fintech industry, the Singapore Fintech Association (SFA) is finally launched on the 11th November 2016 at LATTICE80. The event had an overwhelming turnout of over 300 attendees with Guest of Honor MAS Chief Fintech Officer, Mr Sopnendu Mohanty giving the opening remarks.
The launch of SFA represent a key step forward to facilitate collaboration between all market participants and stakeholders in the FinTech ecosystem. It is designed to be an effective platform for members to engage with multiple stakeholders to find solutions to issues and to promote best FinTech practices in a collaborative, open, and transparent manner. The committee is made up of members represent the full range of stakeholders in the FinTech industry, from early stage innovative companies to large financial players and service providers.
The SFA committee members constitute of: Hock Lai Chia (President), Richard Hartung (Secretary), Subhajit Mandal (Treasurer), Adrian Fisher, Anna Vanessa Haotanto, Anson Zeall, Gerben Visser, Joe Seunghyun Cho, Markus Gnirck, Rob Findlay and Varun Mittal.
