The Annual General Meeting of the Fintech Association (Singapore) will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, 4th August 2017 at Lattice 80 on the 8th floor at 80 Robinson Road.
The Agenda for the AGM is attached. If you would like to submit additional agenda items, please send them to the Secretary of the Association at [email protected] or 141 Cecil St #08-05 Singapore 069541 so that they arrive by 5:00 pm on Wednesday 26th July 2017.
The representative for paid-up members of the Singapore FinTech Association is eligible to attend the AGM. Registration for the meeting will start at 5:00 p.m., and the meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m. Please bring you Singapore IC or passport for identification.
If you are not able to attend the meeting in person, you may submit a proxy form. Please send the proxy form to the Secretary at either of the addresses above. Proxy forms must reach the Secretary by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday 1st August 2017.
