Industry Session for the Payment Services Act

14 August 2019 – Singapore FinTech Association, Monetary Authority of Singapore, ACCESS Singapore Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry Association, and Linklater jointly organised “Industry Session for the Payment Services Act.”

Over 200 people turned up for the session and gained insights from the following three sessions:

First Session: Payment Services Act 101
Linklaters will give an overview of the Payment Services Act 2019, with focus on the regulation of Digital Payment Token services and Anti-Money Laundering measures under the Act.

Second Session: Payment Services Act – Are you ready for it?
Industry experts will discuss practical challenges and lessons learned as they prepare their firms for the implementation of the Payment Services Act.

Third Session: MAS’ Q&A Session
