Proxy
If you, as your company's authorised representative are unavailable to attend the election, you may authorise another employee of your company as your proxy, to attend and vote on your behalf. You can download the Proxy Form here. You may electronically sign the proxy form and email it to [email protected] not less than forty-eight (48) hours before the commencement of the election (i.e. by 25 March 2024 at 3 pm).
