Terms & conditions:

  • Complimentary use of InnoLab facilities strictly applies to SFA Corporate Members with a valid SFA Fintech Certificate to work with NEXIA clients only.
  • Due to safe management measures for workplace where visitors are not allowed during this period, Nexia InnoLab cannot accept bookings at this moment. (Online booking form to resume once visitors are allowed at workplace). In lieu of a physical space, members can make use of InnoLab digital collaboration platform NTSCollab however prior booking must be made with Nexia by giving 3 days advance notice.
  • Bookings are subject to space availability up to 2hours of usage per member and applicable during office operating hours from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
  • NEXIA InnoLab is located at 80 Robinson Road #25-00 Singapore 068898.
  • Nexia reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms without prior notice.

In partnership with SFA, Nexia Biz Clinic offers SFA corporate members a solid two hours of complimentary consultancy advice to face the challenges brought by COVID-19.  With a team of professional and experienced specialists, we are here to equip you with practical financial and advisory solutions attuned to your business considerations to help you better manage your business financial activities.

Redemption details:

  • Complete and submit the registration form to secure the booking of your preferred time slot with Nexia consultant.
  • You will receive an email requesting for your SFA Fintech Certificate to secure your booking.
  • Both parties to accept bookings to conduct consultations at agreed date and time.
  • Free consultation is capped at a maximum of 2hours per corporate member. Fees do apply subsequently thereafter however to be mutually agreed upon.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Free business clinics are valid for redemption from 20 July to 31 December 2020 and strictly for the Ordinary and Associate members of Singapore Fintech Association (SFA) Corporate Members.
  • SFA corporate members are required to present SFA Fintech Certificate at the request of Nexia as proof of membership verification.
  • Members are eligible to redeem for one complimentary consultation with any of the business lines and to fully utilise within 2hrs maximum in one session. Any extension beyond the stipulated time will be charged at a fee to be mutually agreed by both parties.
  • Free business clinics will be terminated once 1200 hours are fully redeemed or by the end of redemption period, whichever is earlier. Any unutilised clinic hours will be forfeited by NEXIA and will not be exchangeable for Cash. SFA and its members shall have no claim on the unutilised Clinic hours.
  • Nexia reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms without prior notice.
